® product from only approved suppliers.® product will be the exclusive Angus-labeled beef product in the fresh meat case.® products are distributed through a company-owned distribution facility, Retailer agrees to report all sales of Certified Angus Beef® product for each store in accordance with reporting requirements, which will be sent separately.® product, or if either the Retailer or Certified Angus Beef voluntarily decides to end the partnership, the Retailer will immediately remove any and all Certified Angus Beef® trademarks including labels, signs, advertisements and other point-of-sale material.
