Wayne County 'Cooking with Kids' Recipe Contest Winners Selected
From a field of 35 entries, Troy and Hattie Carr of Wooster were chosen as the winners of the "Cooking with Kids" recipe contest at the Wayne County Home and Garden Show. Their recipe, Steak Salad, earned them the grand prize, which included $600 of Certified Angus Beef® brand products over the next year at Buehler's Fresh Foods, and a $200 donation to the charity of the winner's choice: the Christian Children's Home.

O'Diam named Certified Angus Beef® Natural, Prime manager
David O'Diam has joined Certified Angus Beef LLC as brand extension manager. He will lead growth and positioning of Certified Angus Beef® brand Natural and Prime products from auditing programs on ranches to developing sales resources for licensed distributors. O'Diam will also work with brand partners to identify product availability, implement targeted sales strategies and assist with packing functions.
